Operate Now: Shoulder Surgery

Put on your surgical scrubs and step into the operating room! If you dream of becoming a doctor or a hospital surgeon, Operate Now: Shoulder Surgery lets you save the day.

Meet Noah, a tennis player who injured his shoulder during a match. He is in pain and needs your medical care to heal. With help from Lara, your head nurse, you will learn how to:

• Scan the injury: Take Noah to the ultrasound room to check his shoulder.
• Look inside: Make a tiny incision to slide in an arthroscope, a mini hospital camera that lets you see inside the shoulder joint.
• Fix the tendon: Use special medical tools and tiny surgical screws to carefully repair his torn tendon so Noah can play sports again.

How to Play

Lara will tell you how to do the operation. Look at the surgeon’s instruments shown on the screen and choose the right one. Tap on the arrows on the screen and click or drag as shown.

You will have to finish the surgery within the given time. The timer only starts running when the operation starts. So you don’t have to worry about the timer while making the scan of Noah’s shoulder.

Play in Expert Mode

Once you master the steps in training mode, challenge yourself in Expert Mode to operate completely on your own. This time, you’ll have to do it without Nurse Lara's hints!

Grab your instruments and see if you have what it takes to perform life-changing surgery!
