Operate Now: Nose Surgery is a realistic surgery game in which you are the surgeon! Today, you’ll help a patient who is having trouble breathing through her nose.

The cartilage in Ashley’s nose is not formed properly. This is causing her difficulty with breathing. You’ll have to perform surgery to shorten the cartilage so that she can breathe normally again.

The shape of the bone has also given her nose a bumpy appearance. During the surgery, you can smooth out that bump to give her a straighter nose as well.

How to play Operate Now: Nose Surgery?

This game has two game modes. During the first round, you play the game as a surgical intern. Follow realistic step-by-step instructions to help your patient. Surgical nurse Lara has lots of experience with this type of surgery. She'll tell you what you need to do and which surgical instruments you need.

To operate, tap on the surgical instruments you need to pick them up. Then tap on the areas marked with the circles to perform the right actions.

You’ll have to make an incision at the bottom of the nasal septum. This will allow you to expose the cartilage that you need to shorten. Carefully snip away the excess cartilage using nasal scissors. Using a nasal osteotome and the nasal rasp, you can also shave down the bone that is causing Ashley’s nose to look bumpy. When you are done, carefully suture the skin to close the incisions and complete the surgery.

Unlocking Expert Mode

When you’ve successfully completed this surgery with Lara’s help, you unlock the expert mode. You can now try the operation again, but without any instructions! Can you remember exactly how to carry out the procedure correctly? 

Concentrate, doctor! If you make too many mistakes, your patient will be rushed to the E.R. and you lose the game!
