Pierogi: Sara’s Cooking Class is a fun cooking game. Our chef Sara will show you how to make delicious pierogi with two types of filling. Learn how to make these famous Polish dumplings with a spiced meat filling, and with a cheese and potato filling.

The recipe is included in the game, so you can make this traditional dish at home to enjoy with your friends and family.

How to play Pierogi: Sara’s Cooking Class?

At the start of each stage, the ingredients are laid out on the counter. Look at the image at the top of the screen to see which ingredients you need to use first.

This game is divided into 4 parts.

• First, prepare the meat filling. Put the onions, garlic, spices, ground beef and beaten eggs into the big bowl in the right order. Stir well with a wooden spoon to mix it all together. Cook the meat mixture in a pan until it is done.
• Next, prepare the potato and cheese filling. Mix the mashed potato and cheese (cut into small cubes) in the big bowl. Season with salt, white pepper, and powdered onion.
• Now that the filling is ready, you can make the pierogi. Scoop some of the filling onto a flat disk of dough. Use a brush to dampen the edges with some water. You can fold the pierogi to make a half circle, or place another disk of dough on top. Press the edges shut.
• Boil some water in a big pan and carefully put the pierogi in the boiling water. When they are ready, scoop them out carefully with a slotted spoon. Let the water drip back into the pan before placing your pierogi on a plate.

Serve your savory pierogi on a big plate with some sour cream and sauerkraut or fried onions. Delicious!
