Pasta Carbonara: Sara’s Cooking Class is a fun cooking game with a real recipe for an Italian pasta dish.

The recipe is included in the game, so you can also make this mouthwatering pasta dish at home and try it for yourself.

Controversial! Sara uses mushrooms in her pasta carbonara. But if you don’t like mushrooms, you can just leave them out.

How to play Pasta Carbonara: Sara’s Cooking Class?

To begin cooking, first collect the items shown on the right side of the screen and place them on the counter. Tap on the cupboards and the fridge to open them and look inside.

This game is divided into 3 parts:

1. First, prepare the ingredients by frying the bacon and cooking the mushrooms. Use the same pan so that the mushrooms can absorb some of the bacon fat and flavour.
2. Next, boil the pasta in a big stock pot. Now that you’ve prepared the main ingredients, it’s time to make the pasta carbonara.
3. Heat the cream and butter in the pan and add some minced garlic and dried parsley. You can add some black pepper, or hot pepper sauce. Then, stir in the pasta, bacon, mushrooms, and grated parmesan cheese. 

Sprinkle some thinly sliced green onion on top, and your pasta carbonara is ready to serve!

• Tip: Traditionally, the meat used for pasta carbonara is cured pork cheek, called guanciale. However, you can also use pancetta, or thick cut bacon.
