Cannoli Cream Dessert: Sara's Cooking Class

Welcome to Sara’s kitchen! Today, you can help her make yummy Italian treats called cannoli! 

Cannoli are made of a crispy shell with a vanilla-flavoured filling. The filling is made of a soft Italian cheese called ricotta.

Step into the kitchen with Chef Sara and learn how to make your own cannoli!

How to Play

The ingredients are ready on your screen—just follow Sara's hints (top left). Mix everything together in the right order.

To make the crispy shells, first mix your dough. Roll the dough out very flat. Wrap it around a special metal tube called a cannoli mold.

Fry the shells in oil until they’re golden brown! (If you make these in real life, always ask a grown-up to help with the hot stove!)

Now it’s time to whip up the filling! Mix creamy ricotta cheese with sugar. You can add vanilla, lemon, cinnamon and pistachio nuts, too.

Remove the metal tub from your cooled shells. Use a piping bag to squeeze in the sweet cream.

Make your cannoli look amazing by decorating them! Add chocolate sprinkles, candied fruit and more. You can even dip the shells in chocolate.
